If you are unlocked then you can try 4.4 from Cynogenmod... I have been using it without much issues (4.4.1)

Guys i am running Kit kat (android 4.4) on my verizon S3 for almost a week now. No major problems faced till now (The Front facing camera doesn't work but i think even that issue is also resolved now). Even battery life is decent. And i am using Airtel GSM as of now. Tried CM 10.2 a number of times. Data signal vanishes with Anndroid 4.3 on US Cellular S3 (R530U). Reverted back to 4.2.2 on AOKP Any luck in gettind data with 4.3 custom RoM? Even i had tried few 4.3 Roms but all has no mobile data with RCOM CDMA (verizon S3)...

Looks like our Verizon S3 on Reliance CDMA doesnt like 4.3 as of now.... ... Waiting for someone to come up with a solution to get the data workingwith 4.3 Rom till then sweet 4.2 Roms...

Mobile data breaks on some CM roms. It is believed CM 10.1.0 RC5 is stable for mobile data connectivity. Can try other CM builds for your d2vzw. Thanks for the reply.. but i just tried few more ROM's of 4.3 but still no data... Its not that we cant live without 4.3 but just to let others know that i am facing the issue when trying to install 4.3 custom Rom

Hi guys, Need suggestion on purchasing 2tb External Hard disk. Following were the options i got in ebay/flipkart. 1.Seagate Expansion 2TB- 3.5 Inch External Hard Drive USB 3.0 2.Samsung 2 TB External Harddrive D3 Station 3.Seagate Backup Plus 2 TB USB 3.0 Desktop 4.Western Digital WD My Book Essential 2TB USB 3.0 Lowest price was for Samsung, But i do not actually have any reviews on that product please let me know if some one has used the same. But if i go with brand name then i have WD or segate but slightly high price Please suggest on the options i had short listed or any others also. i am looking at around 5 to 6 k price range. (With external power supply is OK)

Issue resolved. I think there was some problem in backend configuration.. Had to call CC thrice to make them understand that i had issue.. And the issue resolved within three hours of complaint.. Thanks for all the suggestions by forum members...

I had called CC on *333 in morning 7:00 told them i have issue with my EVDO. Handset as Samsung pop. And by 10:30 issue resolved.:-) Never expected such fast response... (i guess i was lucky...)

Which number did you call for CC and what did you explain them your problem as? When i try calling them they keep on saying Motorola is not a evdo enabled handset :-( Sent from my MB855 using Tapatalk 2

After few more testing following are the observations. Status in settings - about phone shows as connected to EVDO *#*#4636#*#* also shows as connected to EVDO. Speed test app shows a download speed of 1 mbps with ping time of around 120 ms Except speed test none of the other app (including browsers)are able to access the EVDO BW i believe. Even i tried connecting my laptop to mobile by making mobile as hot spot that time also the speed i am getting is only around few kbps.. Yesterday night again tried few factory reset without any help.
