U should mention the port that is being used. U can find out 4 same system in Windows. I am using FC5 and was using usb data card for internet . The name of hardware is HUAWEI EC 325 ( provided by reliance along with my laptop).The comany address is www.huawei.com. Huawei has no drivers for FC5 or any other version of LINUX. Can u help me how to use it in FC5. I have tried other method mentioned in foum. PLZ check the screen shot of error. I am also trying to connect my USB data card to my laptop provided by laptop. Can u tell me how u editedetc/wvdial.conf ; b'coz when i am trying to do it it says i have no permission. I tried to work out as root then also it fails. I m new to FC5 and linux also so let me know how to login so that i can edit the wvdail.conf. PLZ check the screen shot of error.

Hi , i m trying to connect USB data card of Huwaei by ur method in FC5 but the changes in the file suggested by you are not possible as it says i do not have rights though i m administrator of the account help

Can any one let me know how can i use my HUAWEI EC 325 data card for FEDORA core 5 . I am not able to find driver for it
