  1. Customer Care Connect Problem

    My prob. is whenever i am calling in customer care [*369] and press 4 to talk with customer care exucative. there is msg herd regularly about busy or ignore me same prob. like that no when i call on it no like *303, @311, *225, *600 etc. it will say try letter or just herd Gudbye. ASAP solve it quickly i am feeling very hrashment from RIM

    Thanks kumar I have purchased my LG 2690 from surendranagar(gujarat) and here's webworld says we have not any handset yet which we reffer you [ LG3470 / 3100 ] so can i change it from Ahmedabad(guj) if yes then what will documents I have to submit there and other procedure to complition there.

    Well thnx for reply... to all of U. But, Now I am coz wat i have to do to change hand set .. If i want to change my cell LG 2690 to Any Color FM handset then wat would be charge and docs. require by RIM And my handset has more then 1000 rs. promo bal. and 1 yr + validity. It will be contd. or other validity and balance is available there . can you refer me any better handset for me which is color and FM or only color thnx

  6. Voicemail Listen Problem

    I have received a voice mail and I dialled *600 But since 1 week i m regularly dialing this no. for listening voice mail but I can't hear any voicemail from there, and my balance gets cut as well... when i ask to customer care, they can't give any solution. any one can help me about this ?
