May be it was an issue happened in the remote server/network only at that time. If yes, u will be connected next time when u try frm ur native place. Or as u specified anything related to ur a/c settings(roaming). Pls check the common error messages listed in reliance website. http://www.rcom.co.in/webapp/Communication...trouble_err.jsp

When tried to connect from ur native place u got the error.Have u checked by connecting from some other place in the same day? or the problem is only when u visit ur native place? Pls be more specific dude.
