  1. 6235 Mms/ Sms Transfer

Nokia 6265 is a S40 phone, so transferring of mms/sms to computer is not possible from this phone. Alternatively, you can save the contents of your mms to the phone/ card memory, and then transfer the same to your comp. Hope that helps.
  2. There are no Network charges in my RBill.
  3. Is there any way to run google mobile maps using this socket option ?? No, there is no such option in Google Maps to change connection settings.
  4. Yes, Its working fine. All the applications which are using the connection as "Socket" are working. Whereas the applications using "HTTP" connection are not working. For details check the settings of Opera mini and Skype, if you change the connection setting as "HTTP"; both of them won't work. Hope this is usefull for other users also. Thanks
  5. better to download it from the following link Download anyway i am attaching skype for 6233 as 6265 is not found in their mobile list.. Thanks Buddy
  6. Hi, Can you pls give me skype application? I don't have it. Thanks
  7. Hi All, I have been facing difficulties in using G-Maps, Yahoo Go, Go Talk mobile, ng Pay, Mobicue and several other network dependant applications. However I am able to use, Opera mini, Yahoo messenger, Tru tap. Do you guys have tried using all these applications?
  8. did u browse 3rd party websites using opera ?? Yes I did....
  9. Hey Guys, I have mentioned few days back that, I am on Chat & Play- L3 plan. My 1st bill has already been generated (see attached). There are details mentioned for the Network data usage, but due to my L3 data plan; all went to onnet charges and Rcom have not charged anything to my bill. Hope that helps. R_Bill.zip
  10. I am able to use opera mini on Both my handsets(Mogul And Nokia 6265) Without any Plan. I am also able to use Opera Mini, Though it was not working on 10th Dec, but I again tried on 11th and its working fine now. I think Rcom guys are closely monitoring this forum, as they have disable my data usage. From this afternoon I have not been able to use Opera Mini on my Nokia 6265. Please let me know anyone of you guys are facing the same problem in using Opera Mini. I have just checked my latest bill and I am able to see the data usage details in it, though it is onnet and has no charges till my current billing cycle. But for now they have disabled my data plan, though I have Chat & Play-L3 plan. R_Bill.zip

  12. Oh Ya, you are right. The data usage link has been removed. But the RIM CC guys are still behaving like fools. They don't know anything about. I spoke with them and they said that "you will be charged as per the usage i.e. 60 paise per minute. It means it will be considered as R-connect" Those fools doesn't know anything about wireless data usage or KB usage charges.
  13. Tanveer, They have not removed the link, but they have reduced the Charges for accessing 3rd party sites to Rs. 10ps/10 Kb. See the below attached document. WAP.doc
  14. Guys, I think we should not be celebrating like this for the R-World differential charges not being charged to us. Please go through the below email which is going back n forth between me and RIM CC. Look at the email I sent to RIM CC and their stupid answer. They are total fools and they've not been able to understand the terms network charges or R-World differential charges. They jusy simply understand the R-World usage. They don't know anything about WAP or wireless data. I think you all should once again check with RIM CC. Please post ur comments on my note. Dear Customer, In response to your mail regarding wrongly charged for R world wrongly charged, please note that as per our records R world Events has been charged correctly for statement period 14-06-2008 to 13-07-2008. This query is regarding the period from 14-07-2008 till 25-07-2008. I received a call from reliance (022-30333232) on 27-07-2008 at 11:22 AM that there were data charges of Rs.1,700/-(approx) charged to my unbilled usage amount but they were reversed for the current month. However these charges will be chargeable from the next month onwards. Please properly check your records and go through my email, then respond me accordingly. This query is not about the R world Events but regarding the wireless data charges. 15. BTW TATA is providing mobile browsing @ Rs.2/- per MB. Isn't that much more cheaper than what reliance is offeriing? Mostly I use Opera Mini for browsing with my Nokia 6265. I have been using Reliance connection since Oct'03, I have Chat & Play plan; but now I want to go for some other alternative service provider.I have already enquired with TATA, Vodafone & Idea. What do you guys think?
