In Lg Rd 3100 there is a menu ' My Profile ' sr no 7 . Any idea how to erase name and / or number accidently got saved there ( while punching new contact an incoming call autometically saved there ) ?? Phone / software do not provide for such option

LG rd 3100 -Phone Book ----> names provides one facility " Copy to UIM" and " Move to UIM " What is meant by UIM ? What is this facilty and How it helps ?

All operating systems of PC permits change in size and colour of Fonts . This helps people who have difficulties in reading . ( Even screen readers are also provided for visually impaired. ) This is only a software than why this is not made available in mobiles ?? Does any one kows availability of such software for LG rd 3100 ? Secondly by default LG provides phone book numbers and other options with White fonts on light blue background. Can this be changed to Blue font on yellow background which is atleast easier to read ? Reliance / LG India are you listening ??

Any comments from user of Lg RD 3100 ? I see complaints about poor battery back up . Needs charging every 3 / 4 hours !!!! ( c reliance complaint board and other sites ) Also can any one suggest how to increase fonts of Phone Book / Contacts ? Generally they are small and difficult to read for visually impaired .

I intend to replace my original RIM handset LG 2130 - purchased at it's launch time with a suitable CDMA Handset which gives value for money . Budget is about Rs 5 000/Primarily looking for a basic Handset with srong Basic features and Long Lasting Battery ( both talk time and standby ) . Can any one suggest ?? Further how to export Phone book contacts from LG 2130 to New Handset ??
