    My vote goes in favour of Honest

    Lately he has been a bit inactive but he is the one who makes everyone feel comfortable,I dont have to search this forum for anything I just have to ask him and he gives me the link to the threads,Honest the encyclopedia of Rimweb.in and lately his humorous posts :Riendo: A down-to-earth person :clap:

    The next person on the poll list I would vote for would be Saddik and people know why. :clap:

    Don't worry.. this is a kinda virus that's what I was told from the customer care when I got it in my Nokia 6265. Just switch off the phone, remove your RIM once and then insert it again and switch on. That message will go off. Worked for me...

    Thank you for your help. However If you choose "Delete All Messages" that too will do. But the prob. is still there!!

    You can't read that msg & u have to finally delete all msgs in order to erase that one erroneous msg.

    Try changing the uim card,delete the message and reinsert the orignal uim

    I think Nokia 6275 is the only stable cdma phone made by nokia,I have been using it for the last 4 years and thank God no problem till date,never heard much complains about this phone also.

    Nokia CDMA are worst. IMO, its better to buy LG and samsung. I have faced problems in all Nokia CDMA handset I bought and they either took more than 2 weeks to address smallest of complaint or they charge fortune when out of warranty. I have used Nokia 6225, 6155, 2830 and 6235. All performed far below acceptable level.

    Nokia 6275 can store more then 100 messages,looks like you have not deleted messages from your sent folder also check if you have moved message to archive or created some folders in my folders and saved messages over there or if you have saved messages as draft.

    You cannot password lock the inbox or any other folder in nokia 6275

    1. can we increase message capacity of 6275 using diego or some other method? In my 6275 handset only 30-35 messages can be stored,after that I have to delete the old messages to give the space to new message,which is very restrictive & time consuming.

    2. Can we secure the messages by giving password, like INBOX should be opened only if the password is entered otherwise it should not be accessible.

    I think he means the nokia songs/tones in the gallery.

    By default activation list option is there in 6275 and when there is any activated songs or content provided by nokia it shows the number of activation that is there on the phone.

    Can anybody help me out with "Activation key list" in Nokia 6275. Whenever i clicked it shows Activation key list empty.

    Please let me know about it.

    Do you mean download topics or Private Messages?

    Private messages,the earlier version used to allow it to be downloaded I have some previous downloaded sent and recieved private messages some in csv format and some in txt as far as I remember it allowed you to download in csv,txt xl and even mail the full Pm's to your email id,if you want i can pm you some of them.

    Please dont quote his personal problem openly,it may sound unpleasant to him and reminding of it here openly does not look good.The best thing you can do is by not asking but praying that the matter gets solved amicably and quickly so that he does not has to go thru emotional pain for a long time.

    Guys i'm having few of the below:

    1) LG 2030 Phones, Chargers, Local Cable

    2) LG Basic B/W phones

    3) LG Original Round Pin Chargers

    4) Reliance/TATA PCMCIA cards

    Few more added..

    5) Kyocera 1135 phone with charger - Dont know what' its real use. Whether Mobile or LL - It says Qualcomm 3G CDMA.

    6) Nokia 6255 - The flip part just fell & broke few hours back. But individually the screen & board will still function as a spare.

    I'll take the 6255,have a dead one ,

    also if you have pcmcia card let me know

    One of my friend got this phone and got the sim tray fixed and flashed it at a local shop.The sim tray was for Rs.30 and alternatively you have to fix an ic which would complete the sim circuit bcoz nokia mostly does not solder it considering the cost saving factor.The IC was for Rs.15.He got the tray and ic from borivli.Flashing, if you do outside they charge you Rs.100 and if you give them bulk flashing then you can bargain it for 75-50.If you have the handsets in bulk you can flash it at your place the investment would be of the box and cable which would be roughly 5k to 7k.Now work out things....... :winko:

    Guys i am getting this Nokia 6155i in very good price... (See pic below... )

    but i am little dicey about it as it dont have RUIM slot attached to the board...

    attaching here the pics sent by my vendor to know if we can attach sim connector on to it.. to flash it with RUIM firmware...

    want to know.. if ill get this sim connector in Mumbai market?... As quantity is huge we can import them too from china (provided we know which connector will sit comfortably on it..)

    how much would be the cost and is it worth the headache??

    I always thought that Techie Enclave was for dedicated members where they could learn/share some hidden secrets and tricks,but now Arun you have given it a totally new meaning,suppose a member is active in other forums but not technically sound that means he cant find the inner things just because he has not been able to explain or contribute technical things.

    I think you will have to broaden the criteria for member's entry into the Techie Enclave or the sub-forum would have only few members.

    Some junior lawyers read notices/summons/cases in the courts and try to contact the person,if he has given you a case no try to find out from the court if there is a case filed against you.As for the ownership of the number,there are sim cards preactivated with free talk times at throw away prices people buy them just to make calls so dont come to any conclusion on basis of that,just try to find if anything is in your name without meeting them.

    I am saying this because few years ago a case was filed in my name by american express and there I was not aware of it and someone like this contacted me and I was able to contact Amex asking them why the case and got it solved here in Mumbai itself or else I would have been served with an arrest warrant and would be running here and there to secure bail etc....

    Dont take it as a prank/scam call,just find out maybe it can save your time and money later.

    I got a call today from a Mukesh Sharma [MS] claiming that a legal notice has been filed against me in delhi.

    He insisted on me calling a specific lawyer SK Oberoi [sKO] to find out what the notice was about but claimed he was not authorised to open any case.

    He provided a 'file #' as reference for SKO @ 96169 18652.

    It just sounded so weird that I ignored his calls after that.

    It almost sounds like Mukesh gets paid by SKO for referring cases to him or something since he called thrice in an hour.

    Just wondering if anyone has ever got any calls like this before about notices in another city...

    I thought we had a right to know the accusation in any legal matter without payment.

    It alsmost felt like SKO would be asking me for some 'nominal charges' to open the file so I refused to call him.

    However, Mukesh had my full name, mobile, and mailing address which he verified so I'm not sure.

    MS called from 80810 72132.

    He also said the notice had been sent 15 days ago which of course I never got.

    Guys I would like to know where are Micro Mini Spy Camera's available in Mumbai and how much will they cost?

    I saw one micro mini spy camera on a pen top,it had 4 gb memory and the cost was Rs.1800(that was a few months ago,the price may have come down now)

    I think you can find it at Manish Market and Heera panna,there are few chinese ones also which may cost much less
