It's really nice to have Reliance Employees with us. It's interesting to hear that they feel cheated. if RIM people feel so with LG 6000. what abt those with GTRAN GCP-4020 31669[/snapback] By the way any customer can be cheated...right....when i buy another phone for my personal use..i also become a customer...ya if i have any problem with my official RIM ( stupid RD2030 ) then we have an in-house LG service center who repairs it immediately. but i tell u these guys r not much friendly and they never share info. like bitpim and stuff like that. i downloaded bitpim yesterday. but some error is coming when i am trying to install. i have XP professional version at home. can you help me with this???? and of course GTran S**KS.......... and no mms are reaching my phone when i e-mail to phoneno.@mms.ricmail.com any solution for that????

Hi , I bought LG RD 6000 last month. But i feel i am cheated. Gids i saw your post on this forum. I want to know what is this bitpim? and how to download ringtones and photos from there. i have bought a USB data cable from market. it is working fine with R Connect. But i want to transfer my photos to and from my PC and also i have many MIDI ringtone files on my pc, which i would like to transfer to my phone. IS it possible to do that? i tried sending these things via 91 ( ph no. )@mms.ricmail......bla bla. but it did not work at all. i am a reliance infocomm employee and i tried using ou internal portan also to send mms. but it did not reach my phone. and what is this 'avtar' ???? ca someone guide me how to transfe ringtones or photos to and fro my phone?
