    Hello Rimwebians.,

    Reliance Jio is expected to disrupt the handset market with the prospective launch of its 4G VoLTE feature phones. Two phones costing Rs 999 and Rs 1,500 are rumoured to be under development, and as per some reports, are expected to launch in the market by April.

    The Below Image is said to be of a Reliance Jio VoLTE feature phone.

    It  is also rumoured that Reliance Jio is expected to use Spreadtrum chipsets for its 4G VoLTE feature phones, though the company was also said to be in talks with chip giants Qualcomm and MediaTek for low-cost 4G LTE enabled processors

    4 days before submitted porting request of my current reliance gsm postpaid number at reliance digital. Verified with ekyc process..  jio has issued mnp Order...still it is not processed... when contacted the jio customer care they are telling that it is reliance gsm has not accepted jios mnp request.. also when contacted reliance gsm cc they say that they have not got any caf form or mnp request from jio....

     
    Ultimately customer suffering.. i have cleared all dues in reliance gsm postpaid and paid extra amount also...
     
    now i have sent mail to care@jio.com,  customercare@relianceada.com, appellate.mah@jio.com
     
    C.C - to  daca@trai.gov.in, ap@trai.gov.in

    i have done Airtel Postpaid to Airtel Prepaid last month... and again i submitted request that airtel prepaid number for porting in jio on 8 dec (2 days before).  got a confirmation sms from jio for new porting request......... now waiting for porting acceptance in jio..

    guys after moving from postpaid to prepaid in airtel can we port after 1 month or we have to wait for 3 months to port?? 

    rimweb gurus kindly reflect some light on this :)

    same problem in my case...13 days over  c.c guys says wrong doner. When I enquired with RCOM GSM webworld they  told me that Jio has yet not applied for Mnp request..seems they have process issues..  last evening i applied for porting my secondary number.. it's airtel hope it get sucess

    im suffering a lot :( already submitted port code with ekyc still 8 days over but i was not ported to jio.. just waiting and waiting ,, twitter customer care @jio is giving SRN number and giving this reply... Hi, sincere apologies for the delay. We are working on this on priority. Appreciate your patience and co-operation

    Under Reliance Jio Welcome Offer every 4g handset will enjoy jio complementry offer of free 4g internet and voice calling upto 31st december 2016.But One of the Major Drawback of this offer is 4gb data limit per month after 4gb you will start getting low speed.This Restriction was not in jio preview offer ie. In Jio Preview YOu Can Able to Enjoy free unlimited jio 4g internet for 3 months but later on it is upgraded to jio welcome offer.  So How This Speed Capping Problem can be solved Please Share If Possible.. 

    I Heard Many Are Doing Tricks To Get This Offer...by dowloading Old  version myjio 3.2.05  apk

    Yes Bro.. Just Now I Have Done Porting Of My Mumbai RELIANCE GSM POSTPAID to JIO Prepaid @ Reliance Digital. Ulhasnagar Mumbai Maharashtra... The Guys are Amazing. They Accepted My Porting Request. Done eKyc Via Finger Print Aadhar Verification... submitted offer code etc....

    and also Today I Have Cleared all my bills... Just Thinking How Many Days Will JIO take for accepting My MNP Request. Cause They have Overload Request For New Prepaid Connections.....  any guesses Rimweb Gurus :D

    yes you are right Brother. even i went To Reliance Digital in Ulhasnagar (nr.Kalyan). The Guys At R.Digital Are Having 0 knowledge of Porting.. They Say Yet Company has not issue any guidelines on Porting and they are Busy in collection Application forms for PREPAID JIO :D

     

    one distributor of jio told me that one black blue sim of jio will do. but they are out of stock right now.... any Rimweb family member from mumbai can help me in porting... :)
