Dear All, I am starting this topic because i simply love this forum and the fellas here who are ready to help no matter how novice you are............ "You can post in your 'Thank you' quotes for someone who has helped you sail through your problem!!" This tale started one month back when i got Palm treo 755P from Dr. Mufaddal. The handset had some programming issue as in J&K, TATA Prl is different from rest of India. That is when rimweb and the fellas came in!! Repeated calls to Dr. Mufaddal and the techie, Mr. Kalpak was a routine and i am overwhelmed by the way they responded. Not even a single call was left unanswered. I am really thankful to Mr. Kalpak who had guided me through the issue (Even had me ship my mobile to ahmedabad for programming and sent his serial cable along with my mobile back to jammu). He is a real Gem of a person............. Was thinking of a way to repay him back but can't find one!!! People like him make me believe in the long lost term "Humanity" Thanks a Ton guys....... Dear all, I am a high user of e-bay. The issue arised a month ago. I bidded for some items but couldn't pay for 3 of them due to money crunch. Ebay suspended my account and i tried opening a new account after that. I used my lapi (same I.P) for opening both the new accounts. I used my sister name for 1 account and my name again for the other accounts. (I changed mobile no. and e-mail id too!!) Now, both the accounts are suspended as they were found linked to my old account. Can anyone suggest a way so that i can open a new account??? Has any1 faced similar issues??? I cannot change my address as it is the only address i have. While i am thinking of getting a virtual credit card and use it on e-bay instead of my regular card. Will it help???? Kindly help. SoS I am having a Strange problem with my palm. It is hanging a lot.Like when i move to Application main page and try to move to options (using keypad as my touch screen is again gone), the phone hangs. When, i am in contacts and try to scroll down to find a particular contact, it freezes. When i try to delete a text messages, the phone freezes. It hangs every now and then making it impossible to use the phone. I am only able to make calls using call log. I have used hard reset atleast 10 times but it is not solving the problem. Request urgent help as this is my office phone. Thanks in advance!

@ani_meher - Man, m in mktg and do a regular trip around of the whole state almost every month. Have been in leh last week. Airfares were all time high, so thought of travelling by road in my Indica. Was stuck there for 4 straight days due to rains and snowfall. No doubt august is the season and the roads "officially" close in september and october but i just wanted to give a word of caution coz if someone is struck midway down from kargil to Srinagar, u won't even get anything 2 eat except for a small shop that supplies maggi and tea some 70 Kms from kargil to Srinagar. Its might be summers in Ladakh but definately not in Zozila pass and khardungla! Well, the road is one sided most of the times coz of safety reasons. Just keep 1 or 2 days extra in case u put up at srinagar. U wanna come down, most welcome! Even i wud like to join you on the trip, !!

Guys, Any help needed? Do lemme knw. August is not the month for riding on road thru bike,car or any other mode. Roads are mostly blocked at zanskar & khardungla pass. Alternate route will be leh from manali thru rohtang pass. Amazing journey dude!

I am using windows 7 genuine version(that came with dell laptop) and now it showing 5 days to activate under computer properties. Kindly suggest wat 2 do? Any patches or procedure to be followed??? Pl help.

One can still use windows for trial upto 120 days by using slmgr -rearm in the cmd It extends the trial by 30 days and u can use it 04 times thats 100 % legal way to continuing it.

We live in a Country where: 1) Pizza reaches home faster than the Ambulance or Police. 2) U'll get car loan @ 8% but education loan @ 12% 3) Rice @ Rs. 40 per kg but sim card Free. Juz came across these lines somewhere. Waz just wondering, where are we headed.........Civil war in the long term??

@Hitesh Tried using the file (using 'run as administrator' option) Unable to activate windows. Its asking me to run the file as administrator even as i run it as administrator. Screenshots are attached. Pl see wat can be done. window Activation.doc

Very well said. +1 for you. I myself ws a service engineer and got an opportunity to visit remote areas of Gujarat. I have visited villages near mehsana, Anand and palampur. Every village in gujarat has the fundamental needs - Roads, water, electricity, school and health centre. I dont know how the Govt. of Gujarat managed tha, but they indeed have provided basic needs to the people. Where else in the country can u find gals riding on their scooties even at 1 AM in the nite?? Its the administration that has won the faith of the people. Even in India's capital, girls fear going out at night alone. But I indeed disliked one thing in gujarat............. Its a dry state man!!! .

The windows copy i am using comes with dell laptop of my friend and i have used the same copy for installing it on my acer laptop. The problem is that its not taking the key even thru CMD. The activation server is not denying the key, its just that the process of activation is not completing. I have checked with microsoft and it says the key is genuine.

Msg sent thru PM... Kindly check... BTW i am getting error 0xc004e003 while trying to activate windows online. Also i m unable to change product key using slmgr in cmd. In cmd it shows that the key has been installed succesfully but the computer properties show the same old key.
