Even if u don't enter the old RSN, just enter your reliance number and ur new sim number and still ur number would get activated on the new sim. So practically it's not mandatory to put ur old RSN. Same situation in Ahmedabad also. No network in all the cdma handsets. A web world guy told me that there was a blackout for Cdma today between 4PM to 7PM.

I tested in an area where they only had 1x so that worked but I have used this phone with EVDO before on the earlier OS and it worked perfect. Showed up as 3G.I can test it and let you know soon. Hi Has anybody tried using the Blackberry Classic in India on Reliance CDMA. Being Verizon are always Factory unlocked as per FCC regulations, I believe GSM will work out of the box but not sure about CDMA. I am very much interested to know whether it works with RCDMA with data or not.

Firewater has been officially discontinued as per there website. The old setup file of Firewater also does not work as there is no support available. Only sunshine is currently available for S-off which is chargeable at $25.
