    I got an sms stating

    And now I got the SIM , I will activate tonight and tell about domestic use.

    Currently I'm using non SIM mobile , I still got this from Reliance because I'm using international roaming plan.

    Any idea whether that SIM could be cut into a nano sim? The lady who spoke to said its a regular sim and doesn't know about nano compatibility.

    WLL means wireless land line

    Mostly given to people where they have issues with physical lines or no service are (which is almost zero now)

    So roaming dose not make sense here. Still waiting for results.

    Just an update :-

    Moto G LTE will be coming to CDMA soon... That too with removable sim card (LTE)

    Yes definitely not, Reliance has better coverage and best plans. BSNL has moderate coverage with Zero customer support. But internet speeds are good in BSNL May be because of less user base. I used EVDO dongle for some days

    Great ab meid issue hai to moto G for 70$ only.

    Meid registration is constantly done by sellers here. If you get the piece just pay a small fees to Parin or Hitesh and get it registered.

    ^^^ you reduced the on/off cycle but did you calculate the power requirement? saving is measure in terms of reduced power consumption. Simply buying low capacity means you are running the machine at highest capacity which has its own problem. In this case, you compressor remains on for longer period that means more power and more ware and tare so life of machine is reduced. Always ask for units of power consumed by a device.

    Why on/off cycle consumes more power?

    The reason is that whenever a compressor or motor starts, it requires high current. In technical terms it means peak current. So this current can be double the rated current and this is where power consumption is more. In case of inverter, the motor/compressor is always running at variable speed. Even when it starts, it starts a low speed so that current requirement is as low as possible. So you rarely reach so called "peak" current.

    Planning to buy a 1.5 ton split a/c.Confused between inverter a/c and 5 star a/c. which one should I buy which is good any good deals please suggest.

    If you are planning for 10+ hours runtime go for inverter or else go for 5 star rated ac .Inverter ac will give you constant cool air flow but 5 star will work stop and start technology.

    Hi Friends

    my 5 years old hp compaq 6720s laptop just gave up yesterday. I had purchased it when I was in college.

    Now I am confused if I should buy a full fledged laptop/tablet/ipad or convertible/detachable laptop.

    Light use (MS Office and video and browsing) and budget is within 30k.

    Please suggest what to buy. Also I want to know if I go for a tablet then how would I connect or transfer movies to/from it as tabs generally do not have USB slot.

    Get Microsoft Surface RT / Surface 2 . Latest Office and Full USB Support and Windows 8.1 RT OS . Optional Keyboard will let you to use it as computer . You can connect Bluetooth Keyboard too.

    Why in India CDMA is very poorly marketed ? .. Even the handsets ?...

    If CDMA operators do proper marketing they can gain a ultimate customer base.

    I think MTS is doing a good job here as a pure CDMA player

    All Handset makers must introduce global handset which should accept omh and gsm and lte bands, When people find easy to configure and swap SIM cards will bring success to CDMA.
