    Buy the phone from a reputed seller on the forum and forget all your worries listed. You will get a working out of the box phone ( if not uim based then u need to go web world for getting ur num transferred.. thats it).     Once again congrats Arun for your new S3. AFAIK this new ota does pop issues for EVDO on our handsets. Man just root this device using the qbkings's youtube link and try installing the update and it will fail as once you have root you will too have custom recovery.

    IMO the current setup prior to the OTA is the best and you will not regret not updating your device to the latest OTA.

    i believe you gotta be stock for this update.

    i disagree - its not a crime in india but taking any public content without permission of the author is a violation of laws abroad

    its exactly stealing - copying without permission specially with the intent of profiting from it

    its not stealing.. posting something on internet means you yourself are making it public. many classifieds' site does this. especially, those who are new entrants or who requires hits. but somehow, they are helping out in listing the item which is already listed on some or other classifieds website. If someone does not wish to list the item on that particular website, they are free to remove the listing from that website.. no offences, but its purely my views..

    Agreed...Had the lady who called taken the permission from the originator of the ad...things would be different.
