    Did you receive confirmation sms for your recharges? If so, recharges were successful. While generating statement ensure that the date on which the recharge was done is included within the statement date for it to reflect in the statement. Further under Your Spend the amount should be ₹99 + ₹499 + ₹499 + ₹499 = ₹1596 if all recharging dates fall within the statement date.
    Select the radio button beside ₹499 to view all your 3 recharges which are listed below under "Your Plan Balance" or download the statement for more clarity.

    Bhai kafi confusion hai..

    first they advertise que up ur recharges fo avoid disconnection .. so done 2 recharges .. none of them in showing as vouchers in jio app.. may be by mid of next month it will get clear out as currently its showing valid till 15th july .. need to transfer one of the high usage no to jio but will wait till things got clear ..

    SIM is available everywhere - but if you ask - the store people say that they have stopped giving Token come after so many days etc. just to keep the rush down.

    Go to the store early and stand in Que - at around 10 AM store will open and thereafter they will issue simple paper token to few people with date and time. Generate a coupon on your 4G handset using MyJio app and take it with you along with Aadhar Card (nothing else - not even photo - No CAF filling etc.). While giving the SIM they will use your Thumb for e-KYC verification and the SIM will get Activated within 2 - 3 days (Only put the SIM in your handset after you receive message on your alternate number asking you to do so otherwise activation may be blocked or delayed on your that particular SIM). After activation only incoming starts and other goodies will get activated within 1 hour to 24 hour (otherwise call 198).

    My question is .. why to spend 2 days

    1 for getting paper token which is again lottery if u reach late .. and that token date is again 15days later..

    So effectively its 1 month ..

    2nd day when ur paper token is valid .. i have to go on that day .. and get sim ..

    Lets see if i gone thru all that get my sim activated it will be more than 45 days ..

    Why others are complaining that they are not getting their sim activated ..

    Whats the point giving 3 months free. When u cant provide basic sim .

    Sorry for my post if someone us offended ..

    Sim is available who has done all this 1 month waiting .. not single shop .. where u walkin and get sim even if they have they will tell u to go thru this process of wait ..
