  1. Jio cannot deny that they aren't aware of SIM black marketing by local dealers for ₹200 - ₹300 all around.

Jio sim is now available easily at least here in Mumbai and navi mumbai. They are giving it at all reliance retail outlets like sahkari bhandar or reliance fresh etc. They are also conducting camps in housing society for distribution of sim cards.

All these places e kyc is available. They are finding it easier and cost effective.
However internet speeds are very less if you don't get band 40. Speed on band 5 is less then the evdo speeds, and even on band 3 it is less than 3g speed.

  2. The infrastructure was build mostly during Mukesh period. What is the use of being loyal, if ChoRCom has this attitude. That choosing the otherwise [from your own words] is called as suicide mode...

I agree fully. I was just saying that there was no need to go in suicide mode, their actions are strange.

  3. You need to explore other options including port out.

Most of us have to do the same, unfortunately. Personally i feel , prepaid plans for Rcom gsm are best. Who offers you 1gb data along with 300 minutes of calling for just 299 rupees. The answer is a big NO one.
However they don't have a service to match their pricing.

  4. you will not be able to make/receive any voice call if you select only LTE mode. You will be charged for data if you select auto mode and the phone switches to 3G/2G due to poor 4G signal. Seems like a trap.

Yes that's true. Moreover I feel that they have reprovisoned the network settings. Earlier the preferred network was lte, but now even with a fairly strong lte network the phone falls back to 2g/3g with lower signal.
