  1. Hope there ll not be issue later...anyways can update to 5.1.1 be done ? R bet to avoid even after activation ?Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  2. T-Mobile is gsm service , it will not work on reliance cdma. Sprint LG G2 works perfectly fine on ruim , there is full post on how to make it work, search our forum. Have you been able to unlock WiFi hotspot, in my case only GSM option activated, WiFi hotspot still not working. It's giving msg that you are not subscribed to service.Sent from my Motorola Moto E 2015 using Tapatalk I just unlocked two moto e with boost online activation process , CDMA hotspot also get unlocked. While activating you need to select plan with unlimited access , there is per day unlimited plan of 3.xx $ select that and you will get fully unlocked phone .Still in my case all cdma Sim didn't work. Sent from my Moto G using Tapatalk HiWen u say u select plan ...wat abt liability of payment for plan Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  3. how to activate if one does not have , friend or relative in usa You can do at least partial activation by following the link below and after that connection your handset over WiFi. Under the settings you will find option of activate the device.Boost Mobile | Activation - https://apps.boostmobile.com/boostApp/handsetIdentifier.do Sent from my Motorola Moto E 2015 using Tapatalk Can u plz say y must activate device on boost? Also confirm should upgrade to 5.1 ? Or CDMA data won't work if upgrade ?Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  4. Why should I activate on boost network, is it mandatory r can continue using without activation Can I update 5.0.2 r Shud not as can't lose CDMA data facility Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  5. It's an common setting for most of us imported handset.Go to dialer settings and turn off assisted dialing. It not a big issue. Sent from my Moto G using Tapatalk Thanks for replying ... I did turn off ..but wen connected on WiFi d data prob start again...can't solve it.Just turn off assist dial r Shud also change reference country ? Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  6. Hi Can ppl input on boost version How to deal with dialing issue ...when dial no 011 gets auto add and outgoing not getting poss. Didn't activate in boost yet. Should unlock boot loader coz auto downloaded new version 313 MB. Didn't install it yet ... Don't like to lose CDMA data working Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  7. Activate in on boostmobile.com, native hotspot will work. If you already have an unlocked bootloader (while on 5.0.2), you can flash twrp and use any CM12.1 based ROM. They are all global ROMs with auto APN. No risk of updates and native hotspot works well.Sent from my 710C using Tapatalk Can u just elaborate abt activating on boost mobile.com as it ll be helpful...is it poss that since buy from India proof or any doc if earlier collected by boost may not match..is there any such issue ?Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  8. Huh now hear a prob of boost model which was claimed as no issue...hey buddy share wat all issue in with boost model moto e...Aft update data pack work in CDMA? Hotspot not working with cdma r with gsm too ? Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  9. Go for boostIf u want to use cdma with data. Verizon has so much problem to get data on 5.1 update. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Can't find a best offer price for boost variant...bestbuy cancels all order...Amazon has it for same 60$ but Ishop charge 5500 totally which is too high for USD price to inr 3800 for 60$ Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  10. The link doesn't look like CDMA variant...u must try Verizon or boost so decide based on itSent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  11. Do not buy Motorola Moto E xt1528 for CDMA or GSM. OTA update to 5.1.1 is forced and will lose out all radio functions. CDMA calls still work though. Bootloader is locked, no root and no downgrade back to 5.0.2. Buy Boost variant for a trouble-free usage. Is boost version not being updated to 5.1.1 or the update still supports radio functions for our usage? Please confirm before I take the plunge. People here say it doesn't affect on update . but seller in eBay of boost says updating may hamper CDMA data. Hope some user of phone r those who r really sure give a confirm. If u find a good offer for boost variant do share here Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  12. OK ... I tried ppobox but they rejected saying can't be verified ... Ishop said some prob with best buy ... No orders entertained .. But way too costly by both ppo d I shop...product ll cost 2900 but they ask for 4200... Even then order not processed ... Geb other than best buy way too costly...min 5200...Do u have any suggestions ? Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  13. S...but none can order .. I used ppo box ..best buy canceled ... Ishop told not poss to buy... Used geb even tat canceled aft best buy declined aft 2 days... Unless u have source to buy from USA it can't be bough Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

  15. Recently MTS store guy in chennai told that reliance data cards are taken over by MTS and MTS voice calls are transferred to reliance. Also MTS plan was increased in Tamil nadu. Stv 199 had MTS to MTS free and 1000 local mins to any network Same now cost 269/- Also since network tie up and change Sim activation of mobile is withheld temp and new Sim card s not avail. Finally CDMA calls are also costing same like gsm now. Bad. No bet cheap calls plan avail in Tamil nadu. Min call per min is 27p in tn without ratecutters . Worse tariff
