They are really terrible - god knows from where reliance hired them - they give irrerating answers - like - on phone you will get only 144 KBPS - they disconnect calls in between - - got lesson of life - not to buy any reliance product

I purchased ZTE V6700 after the reliance web word guy told me I will get 5 GB data free for 6 months. After spending (Wasting) 7000 / - for handset - for one week high speed data didnt work - when i called call center they said data plan is active is in my account but if it is still not working then I need to go to web world. I went to web world gallery - they said to call up call center and get setting - call center people gave several answers on different calls. They keep saying to go back to Web World. Some also said on CDMA only 144 kbps speed can be obtained!! When i tried this OMH SIM on modem, high speed data is not working, only 1 x working. Are there any specific settings to be done?
