Disable ddtm.
It is in hidden menu forgot exact location.
You will have to downgrade to change setting

Is samsung digging it's own grave? IMHO samsung has became so popular because of developers interest. Motorola is example of fate of a product and company with locked bootloader and loads of restrictions.
If android became so restrictive I am sure ios or wp8 would be choice of many as they are stable and less power intensive os.

Try downgrading radio and see if endo comes up.
I assume that programming is proper and evdo active for given handset.

Smart Action of Moto is very user friendly where as tasker is for advanced user. For person like me Tasker is too much.
Tasker can do lot many more things than SmartAction though.

Problem is not resolution, problem is quality of image. In most camera CCD / CMOS used are of such poor quality that number of on coming vehicle is never readable.

Dedicated dash cam in range of 5-7 k had very poor picture quality. I have purchased 3 different models and reached to this conclusions. There are cams costing more than 250 with Sony sensor gives good results.

I checked with CarOo, I do not know any thing about programming so could not do much. Though it seems to be good software.
I would like to do this way
Dedicate entry level android phone with car mount as dedicated recording device.
Starts recording as soon as charger is detedted (Ignition ON)
Stops recording as soon as charges is disconnected( Ignition OFF)

I want to program Android Phone with tasker as following:
When phone is connected to USB / AC source, it automatically start recording video on SD card. Every 5 - 10 minutes,, it will pause for a moment and start new recording, while it is recording screen remains OFF.
Camera stops as soon as USB power is OFF.
Purpose:
I want to install entry level android phone as IN DASH camera to record on going traffic.

i truly wish reelection happen and AAP get chance to make government with clear 2/3rd majority, let us have a test drive of proposed LOKAYUKTA bill, reduction in electricity tariff and other pro people promises. This will also show us that weather people from non political background can run the government and do good job or not.(Political people have consistently failed in so many years) If they fail, then we will come to know what is the fate of this country for next revolution and civil war.

Yes, I forgot that point. With MK3, I could not find ways to connect it to DIAG so far. Even in hiddenmenu.apk, I could not find the ways to get it in to diag.
I have not tried flashing 4.2 with higher version of SECUREDBOOT though.

Samsung has incorporated two major changes in 4.3 ROM, they are KNOX and SELINUX security.
We are not concerned much with KNOX as no warranty problems for us.
SE Linux could be real headache as it do not let SU run properly.
Download SELINUX mode changer from market to change policy.

I am unable to install any APK from SD card? What could be the reason?

One or two handsets may be available as lost handset. Majority of seller who sells new handsets bring paying all taxes. Only tax they do do not pay is vat. (PROBABLY)
In US dealers get handsets at good bargain against bulk commitments so they make profits and sell of buyers out side US.
On many handset even warranty is available if sent to USA.
In us one can loose handsets for limited number of time. Later they do not get insurance. They pay us $ 5 PM to cover loss of handset.

According to my belief India need to give jolt to both Congress ams bjp. But root of aap is based on false hood of corruption free India and party. Their claims are unrealistic and they fry to misguide people as much as cong-bjp.
In current world regression has no meaning. We have to look forward. We also must not forget that aap too tried to woo Muslim voters. Means they too divide society by religion so what is different in all three parties?

dialer codes are not working with MK3 modem and MK3 ROM combo AS WELL.
INITIAL IMPRESSION - ME2 seems to have better battery life than MK3 modem.

I always remove almost all apps using toot explorer. Yes 2-3 power cycle yet to be done.

Will try for 2 more days else will revert to 4.2. Such battery life is not acceptable.
