    Congrats. You are #1,000,000 victim of poor r-connect. Their excuses are well known to all persons in this forum. You should have made a search before opting for any service. I was also a victim of r-connect. 6 months - same excuses - termination - got XXXX BB - live happily. I would recommend my enimies to choose r-connect service.

    Great newssss..... surrendered my rim landline on yesterday to the collection agency people. He got me waiver for the disconnection period. Im really happy now!

    I too had similar problem 2 months back. I was told to approach the nearest LG service center to check the instrument. They helped me by replacing a mainboard. But.... I couldnt check whether the new one work fine or not. Because they disconnected my outgoing calls before successful reprogramming.

    My waiver request was approved after 60 days of waiting. But reliance ask me to pay the entire rental amount even for the disconnection period. i.e. Rs.1500/- for having a dead line. Mailed again to chairman office and waiting for their response. Hope everything will end soon.

    Thanks to every one(especially to ashoksoft). I have mailed to chairman's office. Waiting to get waiver again will be a another adventure for me. B/w I had a dicsussion with my lawyer to proceed further.

    Why high no of subsribers tying to reach their CC? That much problems? My firend who is using xxxx broadband contacted their help line only once in last 5 months. But our reliance cc are always busy in attending calls(even in midnight 3 o' clock) . what does this imply?
  15. Today I called customer care guys using *333. It took 10 minutes for me to catch the cc guys( I hate that nonsense music). This happened almost every time for me - morning, afternoon, evening, midnight. Also, I cannot login into my relianceinfo.com bill account. Internal Server Error. What happened to them?
