  1. Govt is planning 4G spectrum auction by end of this year. This is really ridiculous as users have still not embrace 3G due to high cost. Even telcos are worried about their investment. Telcos are in big trouble if this happens. If they dont bid, then new cos will get it and will offer 4G at almost same price. IF they bid, then they need to invest again billions. This makes no business sense. Govt should also think how they are going to support industry with such policies.
