  1. I need suggestions from fellow members on which service to use while travelling abroad. I am planning to visit China and want to know which service to use. Matrix (charges $5 for outgoing $3 incoming) Clay - similar to matrix (incoming-$5 outgoing-$1) Reliance Wolrd SIM - (incoing Rs 40 outgoing Rs 60) Using existing RCDMA/RGSM or other service provider number buying local SIM Reliance tariff for postpaid CDMA - Rs 19/- local calls and India calls Rs 60 GSM - Rs 28 and Rs 49 Above rates excludes service tax 15% and foreign exchange fluctuations. I think word SIM could be cheaper.
