Dear Rishab,

Will windows applications work on Linux?

Can we run .sis on our series 40 phone?

You have mentioned about windows/linux applications

Those .exe will not harm your phone, since it is not a supported format for our Series40 phone

Scanning using PC AntiVirus is a good idea me too do the same but it won't protect the virus getting transmitted while sharing data through bluetooth or any medium of connectivity. We require all time enabled on Guard AnitVirus in order to make sure you can make safe sharing / connecitivity wiht others.
