csmart 472 Report post Posted September 29, 2008 its soft launched in Mumbai. but will take time for commercial launch. they dont want to repeat the mistakes they did while launching cdma.. further, if you knwo anybody in RCOM you can get GSM in next phase. they will be providing service to "recommended users".
