Theunwired.net posted some beautiful photos of the Touch HD on their website Sunday. Some more eye candy for those of us who just cant get enough of this sleek and sexy phone. They casually mentioned in their post that the HTC Touch HD used in the photo shoot was a marketing sample provided by O2 Germany which will exclusively launch the Touch HD in Germany. Wow, that is some news you just dropped in our laps there fellas. O2 Germany is now the first carrier mentioned for the HTC Touch HD and yes, O2 Germany customers you can now jump for joy. Hit the jump for tons of photos of the Touch HD and side-by-sides with the Touch Diamond and the Touch Pro.

Then your wait is for just 10-20 days.

HTC Victor is going to be launched around Diwali.

well guys good news for all who have been waiting for this device

HTC Touch HD to start selling on November 6th

Just in time to catch the Christmas shopping season, HTC will release the Touch HD. The Taiwan-based smartphone maker will initially sell its all-touchscreen wonder in select markets — Europe and probably some parts of Asia. We know for sure at least for now.

Apparently, those interested to grab the 3.8-inch WVGA (800×480) screen, 5 megapixel camera equipped Windows Mobile smartphone will have to pour out at least 649 EUR.

check out the review of the device

http://www.phonearena.com/htmls/HTC-Touch-...iew-r_2060.html

"We were excited when we started testing the phone, hoping that we’ll see something great and revolutionary. Sadly, the reality is different. Hardware wise, the Touch HD is impressive, with a large display and a quality make. As a phone, it offers many functions and a very good sound during a call, but the software is not innovative at all. TouchFLO 3D, which we’ve seen in Diamond and Pro is the best for a WM smartphone, but not for a multimedia device what we wanted to discover in the HD. The music player is good, we can live with the mediocre camera, but why the bad video capabilities and not the multiple codec/format support like seen in the rivals? This would have made it possible for the users to really enjoy HD clips. So far, the Touch HD is a good smartphone but doesn’t have what it takes to be a good multimedia phone"
