I have been using Prepaid Netconnect from July 2008. I don’t know how to find the balance in my account. Whenever I SMS “Netbal” to 53739, I get the message, Dear Customer, Your request could not be processed. .Please try again later.
I’m clueless about my usage. Can anyone please help me?

When using Netconnect in prepaid the amount is deducted from the main balance. Use *367 or *225 to know your balance. You can also send BAL to 3670.

Is it possible to have a Netconnect Recharge for a prepaid mobile handset. Because this will be half the cost of regular talktime charges
