Use *222 for Postpaid Customer Care,

Wait time is very vey less and Instant Connectivity.

Already using it since a long time now. Anyway, great news since it is Pan India now.

I am also using 1800 100 3333 not for any complaints or such things but for GSM launch dates and other new offers etc....

Yes.. i think on dialling *333, the IVR recording used to keep saying that dial *222.

Since last 2 weeks maybe.. & its very fast.

1800 100 3333 is Rcom GSM Customer Care number.

But if you dial from a non RCOM number (like LL or other GSM), then it will ask you to choose between GSM and CDMA also.

In Punjab also *222 is working and easily get connected to customer care Executive.

*222 is only when we are in home circle and when we are in roaming we should dial only *333. This was what I was told by the CC. Is I right?

Today when i tried again it got through.but the ivrs reply was really funny.it said,SORRY,YOUR PHONE COULD NOT BE ACTIVATED.PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE. (Sorry for using caps.)

But I get connected to CC. May be it is bcoz of different circle, i.e. u r in RKL & i am in DKL.
