Dear Setu Shah, CoolPAD 288 and 289 are not available now. They was only available with Reliance 2 years ago. Myself, my friends & colleagues all were very much exited to see this one as so beautiful design with dual SIM some how affordable price too. Very first day I found that the hand set switches off itself anytime. I went back to the reliance Web world to get it replaced but they refused to do so. I had really a bad experience as even the Shop manager/head shop keeper of the reliance web world refused to meet me. Could you please help me to get rid of this situation?
