Reliance Gsm Postpaid plans Launched

Reliance GSM has been launched today in 1 circle but no Zero Rental Plan.

SIM cost Rs 250/-

Rental of Rs 150 & 250

150 has call rate of 0.5 while 250 has call rate of 0.3 with Rs 100 Free calls & 100 SMS.

I think the 250 plan is like the Platinum 225 in CDMA. Lets wait for more details

Heck.. when will it be launched in GOA/MAHARASHTRA...

Darn In my family we have 5 CDMA connections and all handsets are due for retirement...

I am planning to buy new handsets... but am sick of dated handsets available in CDMA..

waiting for postpaid....

not as hot plans as were awaited but may be they have to retain their cdma base from shifting to gsm . they must be interested in new sales by churning other gsm customers

like in our cdma , the free sms with the sma pack will work within home circle only

let reliaance first solve network complint :wacko: and then think of lauching postpaid,

because in gsm other player are proving good quality network and better plans too.

wait untill relicne gsm n/w will match quality as that of it's CDMA n/w is. :confuse:

Yes, I agree wth Saket the network of RCOM GSM always shows strength of 5 Bars but lines are not enough I am not able to connect to my brothers RCOM GSM Haryana number from Gurgaon(Delhi Circle) Always get to hear "This route is busy" I think they don't have enough lines for GSM or they don't have enough BTS for users ........LOL on RCOM who claimed it a better network from other operators........... :P:praise::censored::censored::cursing::oops:

Seeing the 'CEP' and the experience of the subscribers as above, I am happy that RGSM is not launched in Chennai as yet. Let them sort out the network problems before launching in Chennai. I think even in Hyderabad RGSM is not yet launched.

Today postpaid launched in Punjab (Chandigarh & Ludhiana).

3 tariff plans NJP99 and 199, 225 all tariffs & free mins same as CDMA existing palns.

Nothing New. A big FLOP SHOW.

Aircel has launched both prepaid and postpaid simeltenously and post paid plans are quite good

RCom launches GSM services in UP and Uttarakhand

LUCKNOW: Reliance Communications on Tuesday launched its post paid GSM services for in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Announcing the launch, Reliance Communications Regional Head UP and Uttarakhand Mr Salim Haq said that the company would offer three p lans to the post paid customers.

The first plan would come at a monthly rental of Rs 129 in which a subscriber can make all local and STD calls at the rate of Re one per minute. While, the second would be available for Rs 199 in which a subscriber would get a usage discount worth Rs 15 0 and local mobile calls would be Rs 0.50 per minute Mr Haq said. For heavy users, it would offer another plan which would entitle the subscriber to get a full usage discount of Rs 375 and local calls will be 50 paise per minute while STD would charged at Re one per minute, and the monthly rental would be Rs 375 per month. – PTI
