Ashokjp 15 Report post Posted September 18, 2004 Well Reliance is the one which made a revolution in the mobile world.. Its only after they came, that other operators stopped looting the customers.. All operators have problems in billing, activations etc. , Reliance is not the only one. But in case of Reliance the customer base is so high that a small word said somewhere will be heard all over India.. Thats why we hear lots of negative aspects of Reliance than other operators.. Vishal Gupta 4 Report post Posted September 18, 2004 The total credit for reduced call charges and free incoming goed to Reliance. If there was no Reliance, We still have to pay 4 incoming. I think? compenn 0 Report post Posted September 18, 2004 NO roaming RENTAL and outgoing call rates in roamed network same as home network too was introduced by reliance. Its been reliance philosophy to be realistic in pricing and earn by mass selling that is Less cost to customers but more customers is what pays Reliance. otherwise which telecom operator had guts and power to open so many outlets without even starting their services. Basant 0 Report post Posted September 27, 2004 I agree...reliance revolutionalised mobile market in India. ..... they are no doubt pioneers and a big BRAND now. However, it is also a fact that reliance customer service is worst one has come across..initial 6 months period was in honeymoon. there has not been much improvement therefater. The worst part is that reliance is fast loosing customer trust. On several matters reliance has breached its committments to customers. This is big minus with Reliance.......
