Hi all

The prepaid tariff of Reliance GSM appears to be costly. @ 60 paise/min call, its costly even if compared to Reliance CDMA prepaid. Is it advisable to move to postpaid in Reliance GSM? Does anyone have a cheap tariff plan for GSM in Mumbai? Or can anyone please explain me how to make the prepaid tariff cheaper by jumbling various STVs?

In the Delhi plans provided by Amit, the RG MyLocal 199 seems to be very fine for me and for people who mainly call local numbers.

Rental - Rs.199

Talktime - Rs.120 ( Which is approx. 400 mins of local calling)

Above this

All local (Including landline) = 30p

STD is high at 1.50

Local SMS at 30p

National SMS 1.50

Will this plan be available in RCDMA? Any idea?

I am getting terrified :NOTriste: of this RGSM

:previous:,

I too think its time to say goodbye to RGSM. After Tata-DoCoMo's entry, and with the recent stupid moves by rcom to limit free Onnet usage only to CDMA on some plans, It is high time everybody junked RGSM. It does not make any sense to remain with them at all. They will not lower the tariffs (thats what the CC says when asked to provide competing tariffs) just because TD has come into the picture.

Maybe they will also introduce per second billing shortly to counter Tata-DoCoMo's growing numbers. Maybe they will read the subscribers numbers and the ARPUs generated by this tariff model and then jump.:Contento:<_<:Riendo::rofl_200:
