Rworld Membership Charges, Nuc, Etc

Recommended Posts

Hi Admin, mods & members..

I am starting this topic as I did not find any specific topic relating to rworld membership plans and the charges therein... (If there is anything similar please merge it)

After moving from post to pillar, contacting customer cares, sales executive in my area, contacting some rimwebians, looking other threads, I could not clear anything about Rworld charges, its services and exemptions for membership plans..

I am getting a new Mogul, as such I will be in need of a unlimited data plan and when called customer care for the same, some executives say 249 membership plans provide unlimited rworld access without any NUC (network usage charges) and some say NUC will be charged as per existing rates (5ps/10kb)

Even recently our very own Dhiraj aka Dkaile got 199 rs worth rworld plan activated wherein upto 100mb of data transfer is free, even then he was charged as per the prevailing NUC and also 199 as plan rental

So anyone already using 249 rworld membership plan in postpaid please confirm its charges (whether its unlimited or not) and also let me know whether all websites, IM (instant messengers) can be accessed and which ID and password do you use for it from mogul/treo.. (I presume the id is 'UTS@Relianceinfo.com')

The above link says that we can only use wap based sites using Rworld.. is it so?

So if I subscribe to Value pack(Rental 199/750 MB free) and my usage is 600 MB only. So do I need to pay Rs 199 only or Rs 199+NUC ?

Please help...

^^^Well it's clearly written "Network Usage Charges apply for all the above plans." So I think you have to pay NUC also.

:previous:

Vikas i fear you cannot use this RWorld plans now as SAM username password is not working and the moment you use MDN MDN it is RConnect and not RWorld as explained by Dr. Mufaddal in one of the posts.

Also see the 1st post of the following thread which is updated by Mods showing the factual position.

RWorld Internet Plans Not Working
