Address Change Application

I am using this Reliance CDMA postpaid connection for last 2 years. I bought this connection when I was in Bangalore. But for last one and half year I am in Pune. In last one and half year I gave atleast 4 address change applications to Reliance on Web Worlds or Reliance Communication stores. Last application was done some 2/3 months back and I also received address verification call. But Reliance is not updating my address at all. Lastly, I emailed the problem to customercare@relianceada.com but they are sending me pre-formatted reply and asking me to contact Reliance WW or RC. Which, I have already done several times. I am just fed up.

Can anybody help me here ?

Still no help from any member ?

I have also emailed this to contact.chairman'soffice@relianceada.com multiple times in last one week but there is no response from there too.

Please please please help.

Did u email to Nodal officer, Appellate Authority and corporatecentre.customercare@ ??

Initially I mailed to customercare@relianceada.com. I mailed them several times but they are repetatively asking to fill p the form at WW or RC. Once they frustrated me, I mailed several times to contact.chairman'soffice@relianceada.com but they are not replying.

Please let me know who are the other email address where I should mail and in what sequence.

Prepaid customers can call on *333 (Toll free) from your Reliance Phone or 3033 3333 from any other phone.

Postpaid customers can call on *222 (Toll free) from your Reliance Phone or 3033 3333 from any other phone.

nodal officer does not answer. It only rings. Nodal officer is useless as they don't answer. I've given up contacting them.

I too faced same problem.

I mailed to Nodal officer and Corporate center. Next day I got a call from both and problem is resolved in a hour.

Thats a good thing.

Let me wait for serviceassurancecell as they have raised the request. Then I'll email to Nodal and Corporate center.
