Unlimited Gprs Rs.303 Not Working In My Area...

I'm from PATNA, recently i recharged my Reliance GSM no. with Rs.303 for 1 month GPRS, but now problem is that after 10days GPRS stopped working in my area when i take mobile to other area it starts working... i complained many times to CC but they said it solved now, and again taking my complian... Now i want complain via mail... so tell me whom to contact for this.....

Saurav your problem will not be solved by CC people.. Smart cc is pathetic, 1st you will not get the cc number, and even if u will get they will just say that they are registering the complain, and nothing will happen,

u seriously want to continue the service and want ur problem to b solved then u wil have to visit

there give your compain in written and take ur compain number, after reciving your compain within 48 hrs ur problem will be solved for sure

(but it is possible only if u r putting up in patna)

this process is tried and tested
