How to check Account Balance?

Recommended Posts

I am not able to check my account balance.. I got the prepaid connection a few days ago. I do not get any notification after i finish the call (like I used to, with Airtel) and i tried following the instructions given by the CC and that did not help either!

how do i check the remaining talktime? :Decepcionado:

:previous:

Try *367# or send SMS BAL to 53670.

Also you will get the last call cost notification, why you are not getting it is something the CC will be able to better answer.

Also you can dial *225, you will receive a sms of your account balance and validity of all packs.

When you dial *225 you will not get any response from reliance only you will hear THANK U !

some times noting will be heard only call will get disconnect after few sec ,

In both case you will receive a sms of your account balance and validity.

*225 is not working for GSM.

*367# is best for GSM.

I think dialling *367*1# show the promo balance and the DTT or the bal amount of FULL TT recharge to be used just for Local calls and its validity (usually 7 days from recharge) also... :SI:

It is working for me for my RGSM PPC plan...

I am facing a funny problem. I am having LG-RD3510 which is neary 2 years old. I have prepaid connection and till now

I did not face any problem. But these days whenever I dial *225 *367 /8/9 I get a message

"Dear customer you are using a fixed line phone. It will work only at the address that has been

intimated to us. Thank you " [unquote]

I could not make any head and tail about this message since I am using a mobile handset and not fixed line. But what

to do it will not work.

Customercare will tell that this is because of network congestion and I should retry it. Tryng it out for 50 times

should be OK. Is it not?

Did any body face similar problem?

with best regards

Did any body face similar problem?

i face a little different problem, while making o/g calls... When i disconnect a call n immediately dial another call i get a msg "ur a/c is in use, pl contact customer service if u haven't authorised a duplicate a/c." n it gets disconnected.

I Don't expect such bug from Ril.
