Sometimes in Bangalore also i experience trouble in connecting to customer care when i dial *333.

At the same time when i dial 1800100333 it goes through, hence i have never taken the issue seriously.

Another option is STD code of your state followed by 30333333. But *333 and 080-30333333 are both the same hence no use.

Calls to 30333333 are not charged. I have checked it in Bangalore circle. Please verify for your respective circles.

I am also facing similar problem in Punjab for both *222 & *333.

Max problem for *222.

*333 connects some time from my Postpaid VIP category 5 yr old number.

Here in Poona, *333 does not work throught the day. Network congestion. Only time one can possibly get thru to them is late nights.

I email them quaries by night and they call me next morning, but most of time from Mumbai head office so if it a voucher or tariff scheme it is useless as most of time tariffs maybe different.

But luckily most of the time I have read the Reliance Offers same tariff throughout country but I am not sure of that.

I complained about this a few times, and now it seems the situation has improved to an extent. It still may not connect (*333) the 1st time itself, as it does with most other operators, but its better than before. Earlier it was just impossible, no matter how many times you redial.

Numbers for on screen display for balance are also working most of the time... unlike before.

But the MAIN issue of voice clarity remains and poor coverage remains! mad.gif

Customer Care is Never Connected...

When IVR makes us to wait to Connect to the Customer Exec.

The Call Ends of its Own.

I even Mailed the Nodal Officer in Rajasthan but no use...He dint Even Replied..

I want to Know How Do Make These Complains to D.O.T or TRAI

Reliance Do Not Comply with their Norms and hence not Suitable for A Telecommunication Company

They do reply. If you are still not satisfied, lodge a complaint with DOT's PG Portal.

Try emailing them - ap@trai.gov.in They don't work on individual complaints, but you could mention that everyone is facing the problem there (if true), and there is zero customer support, etc., etc.

May not be of much use. You may not even get a reply.
