what about the call setup charge and pulse is per minute or per sec

so i think, there will be no call setup charges for uninor to uninor.. pulse might be per minute..

The only on-net pack which is better than Uninor's current offer is FullOnBol of Docomo which gives 500000 Local Docomo seconds for a year @ Rs99/-

So definitely a good offer, if it really doesn't have any call mole$ting or any other hidden charges ... But the number of Uninor users is not so high anyway...
