Change In Billing Address

I requestd Reliance to change my Address 2 months ago. When I call *222 they say that address has been changed and validate me with new address but the bill generated still has old address.

Its a corporate number. Pls help.

*222 as usual is helpless.

You have to submit a from with your new address proof,after that you will be able to get your bill at new address.but i will suggest you for request E-bill coz you will save paper and

I submitted a request and its already updated for verification purpose but not for billing. I think their systems are not in syn.

Go to their store with all relevant documents..Or visit their town office..

you can view & pay all your bill online. without any problem

Please dont say without problem. I shifted my Prepaid no. to Postpaid on 20th of last month and even till today whenever I register my no. on myservices it shows as Prepaid instead of Postapid. 4 complaints to customercare as well as serviceassurancecell have yielded no solution so far. Waiting for first bill and then will try again after that...

for address change you will have to visit reliance outlet with one photo , photocopies of one id proof and new address proof .

they would fill a form and send your number for address verification

after positive address verification they will update your address.

i guess total time should take min 3-4 days
