Sbi Mobile Banking Recharge Failed

Hi

I recharged my Reliance GSM mobile using SBI Mobile banking but the recharge was not successful though the money was debited from my account. I could not find any information on the SBI website about who to contact and when I call up SBI customer care, they are asking me to check with the SBI. Finally I figured out that SBI uses Euronet for recharges so what one can do is email sbi helpline as well as Euronet

refund is released 1 / 2 day deferred if the mobile is not recharged successfully.

How many days did you wait before requesting for the refund?

I waited for one day. However Euronet has taken up my issue and is working on it.

It generally takes 3 to 5 days to get the money back...

I had similar issues while recharging through ICICI Bank's Netbanking facility. But the money is usually credited back in 3-4 working days.

These days, I use HDFC Bank and the recharge comes in without fail.
