Got Asus Zenfone 5, 8GB, white for my bhabhi from Flipkart for Rs 9999/-. specs here

I was thinking of moto g. But I found this MVF compare to Moto G as zenfone has support for microsd and bigger screen. Only problem is it still runs on Jelly bean, though upgrade will be available in future.

The phone feels big in hand.

So what is the initial feeling? I am also planning to buy one to my wife..

As I mentioned earlier, it for my bhabhi so I won't in position to give any review. It is used by her and she is happy after couple of day use. I found it to be little big in hand and also display little dull compare to Samsung. May be settings issue but then I am not using it so cannot say anything.

I did book it On xiaomi site but was not lucky enough to get one in the booking

so bought from the Grey mkt as & when it was available

i paid 2900 yuan aprox 29000 INR for it around 9k premium but that is how xiaomi new launches are either pay premium or wait a few months

well my first impression with the phone

"It seemed like Iphone married Nexus 5 & the result was this crossbreed called MI4 "

It got all the good looks of Iphone & the speed n power of Android"

Actually Xiaomi has always been inspired by the apple from the beigning the Miui launcher was more like the iphone with no conventional app drawer like the androids

all xiaomi products have a seamless integration with each other just like the apple , i have been using Xiaomi Tv , Xiaomi Wifi router , xiaomi Tv box & practically no setup is required to attach devices to each other

But xiaomi have done the job well the Brushed steel feels Great to Hold

the phone size of 5 inch is really handy to hold compared to One Plus One

it shares same specs & price as the ONE Plus One ( have used it also )

but 5.5 is difficult to handle with one hand

Presently Using the CDMA variant of MI3 waiting for the CDMA variant of MI4 to launch hope fully it will be launched by end of this month

more reviews & feedback later

My Recent Hardware Purchases...

A] SANDISK 16GB 2in1 USB Disk

As my both phones lack SD slot, there is a need for this one. This comes with protective covers (both USB and microUSB sides) and doesn't gets heat like other 2in1 drives. Got it from Chut!yaKart (my last purchase from them) for Rs599/-

B] SONY BT Stereo Headset

For killing boredom during my long travel period. It accepts pairing via NFC, the in-ear headset given is good enough, battery life is also good. Got from offline shop Poorvika, damages to pocket 2400

C] 64GB OnePlus ONE phone

Got my love phone after too many hassles... Had to pay a little Premium, in order to escape Mi3 style drama and importing from USA - but its worth it, imho... Damages, almost same as DroidMAXX..
