wanted android phone within a budget of Rs 8000-10000 Prefrebly with RUIM. IF without ruim then with EVDO configured. Is this possible?

Android in CDMA @ 10K - NONE AVAILABLE at the moment :D Alternatively, if you are in for android os and dont mind GSM try Samsung I5700 Galaxy Spica. You have to stretch your budget a bit as it comes @ 12k. OR huawei recently launched the super cheap android phones U8500 and U8300 which is well below 10k. Acer u110 beTouch comes @ 9k in India.

You can not have your wish at the moment.

But there is a possible work around, though very clumsy.

Get TATA mobile EVDO wifi router and link with any android based device on wifi.

AFAIK the Spica is no longer in production and Huaweis won't be available at least until November.

& even updated android version then spica

you can try on second hand hero it will be around 10k to 12.5k

But it was anyways available for that much since launch... or mebbe a 100 bux or so more?
