Rajan bhai, am looking for a sub 25K (approx) laptop with 4GB RAM - have shortlisted these, I know missing the GOSF and other deals was a stupid move, but oh well hindsight is always 20-20

Any suggestions please?

For your budget of 25K, you can get a better spec laptop then what you have shortlisted.
2GB additional RAM can always be added separately for less then Rs 1,500.

Thanks, but this worries me a bit -

Onsite 6 Months Warranty

Is there any equivalent priced product with a 1 year warranty?

May be a typo OR they are trying to say onsite 6 months & rest carry in warranty. AFAIK Fujitsu has 1 year warranty. Their global tech support site is even mentioning 2 year warranty for laptops >> http://support.ts.fujitsu.com/warranty/Index.asp?lng=in
You can confirm/check with their india tech support number 1800 102 3457 to know exact duration of warranty.

Called up infibeam first and they took down my number and said will call back after checking with the manufacturer

RM also fyi I have a SC and SBI CC - I think that qualifies for a 10% off on flipkart isn't it? Is there anything there worth looking at?

I am going to gift this to someone and they want pre-installed 4GB RAM so any more suggestions please? Marginally above 25K is also ok

Thanks for all your help

Flipkart cashback offers on various cards is now over i guess. Installing additional RAM in laptop is a 5 minute job. Even now 2GB RAM is considered standard in most laptops hence opting for only 4GB pre-installed models turns out to be costlier & limits the choice greatly in the given budget.

I was lucky to ask my brother to order MacBook air 13.3 inches on flipkart before year end when hdfc ten percent cash back was on.

Actual price 68,900/- with max cash back 5k offer, I picked for effective 63,900/-
