By how much will the cost come down. Have a guess!

25340[/snapback]

I don't think the cut will happen across all tariff plans.

e.g. The cut might be close to 35 paisa for Joy 149 plans.

There will be smaller or no cuts on tariff rates of Joy 499 plan for example.

Also I don't think DAPO will get a tariff cut.

Who knows Reliance may cut it by 50 paise or more, triggering the next price war, (benefiting us customers). Wish it were true!

Talked to the CC guys just now. According to them, a 50-paisa cut has occured in budget 149, new Joy, and New Joy with mobile pack. All other plans stay as they are, including prepaid. Reliance India card rates are to also remain the same.

Hi Guys....

Please wait...Let me make the price cuts clear...

In the following plans STD charges (intercircle) has been reduced from 2.99 to 2.49

New Joy 149

New Joy 149 w/ mobile pack

Budget Plan

On Net Pack's validity holds good only to Reliance mobiles...calls to reliance FWT/P & wired phones will cost 40 p

There is no change in the tariff structure of other postpaid plans.

In prepaid 220 & 440 plans, the free outgoing call facility holds good only to reliance mobiles.

Thats it...Not a very good news eh....

Vishnu
