EVDO on Palm Pixi Disconnecting

hey

when i turn data on the internet is working and i get a 3G icon on top but it gets disconnected after 10-20sec this happens all the time, i didn't had this problem on 1x
is there something wrong with programing ? i am using evdo prl 5

U only have loaded evdo prl either evdo settings are not proper or evdo is not activated

Check and see if the 3G symbol just fades out or fully disappears. If it is only faded, it means no data transfer is taking place and therefore it is inactive. In this case, if you open an app requiring internet access, it will become active automatically.

However, if it disappears completely, you have a different problem that our gurus here may help resolve.

yeah i tried all but still the same

evdo username and password in in AN tab and phone number in PPP tab

but still evdo gets disconnected after 20-30secs the icon completely disappears
