HTC EVO 4G Dial Function Responding Late When SD Card Mounted

From few days when I insert/mount SD card in my HTC EVO its call function is responding late & I tried with 2GB,4GB & 8GB cards.

When i mount SD card rest all functions are working fine,but only dialling function getting slow.

When I dial a number or dial a number from phone book ,its getting dialled after few minutes.

When I unmount the SD card its working fine.

Pls guide me to resolve this problem.

Check If you have loaded the contatcs vide VCF from the SD Card. What is the android version you are running on the Phone?
