Not Able To See Few Websites With Netconnect Broadband+

i m not able to surf few website.

www.excelurology.com is one of them. its my own website.

now i cannot see it if i use Relaince Broadband+ and if i use other ISP i can see and surf.

can any one guide me on how to solve this problem.

As per todays paper Reliance blocked some websites on the orders of the GoI.

The website he mentioned isn't blocked. The block issue is here:

So it looks like a DNS issue. Try changing the DNS resolvers in your PC to that of OpenDNS or Google DNS. I use OpenDNS, hence the website was loading for me on Reliance NetConnect.
