If warranty is not a issue. There are many other GSM phone available like HTC Design, Incredible 2 which can be used on GSM.

HTC Design, Incredible 2, Photon --- are Imported Phones which have Got CDMA & GSM capability. But Since imported, No warranty is available in India. These can be purchased from Reputed sellers on our Forum.

omnia w is a windows phone and other two are androids so you should first decide which os you want. In my opinion you should go with andriod and go for defy+ only if you have an active lifestyle i.e you move a lot or if you commute through motorbike a lot. On the other hand if you keep sitting in office all day and dont move much then neo v is a better choice. Dont buy a rugged phone if you dont need it. I have used samsung marine b2100 and regretted buying it as it was heavy, ugly and had muffed earpiece voice due to water proofing.

If you can stretch your budget a bit go for Samsung Galaxy R. Its true value for money product.

Otherwise, you will have option of importing handset from US. There are many choices.

Edit: Flipkart and Letsbuy is out of stock.

Go for the HTC Incredible 2 from Kapil. I purchased one from him & realized that not just just the phone is incredible, but the seller too. Kapil's commitment towards his customers is incredible as well. He patiently answers all your queries, however dumb they may be, solves any issue there may be and ensures all upgrades reach you even much after your purchase. He's been so awesome that I purchased yet another handset from him and am very happy with both handsets.

Photon, atrix would be a great bet to try
