BTW, how do we define affordable?

According to me a decent spec dual core android between 13 - 15K should fit the definition.

To what extent something is perceived as affordable / reasonable varies by individual. What might be affordable to one person might be deemed unaffordable by another. Therein lies our problem :)

Can we focus upon phones below Rs. 20,000 so that it will cover all people's different budgets.

Yes. One has to choose from whatever options currently available in the market. I was talking more as an expectation from masses for 13-15K budget. That too will happen in a few months time as has happenned with availability of low cost android handsets.

That's the beauty of android ecosystem. More manufacturers, more models, more choice, continuously lowering prices.
