Missed Call/Ring Outs to STD Numbers Charged?

I have observed a very surprising thing with my Reliance CDMA prepaid - ring outs to STD numbers is being charged for one minute. It seems to be happening from second ring out onwards.. means that the first ring out is not charged, while the second ring out onwards is being charged. Not tried if I disconnect myself after few rings.

Does anyone has also observed this thing?

In Reliance CDMA, you can't see the call charge after call get disconnect, thus they are enjoying by deducting amount. You should not be surprised for this !!

They are automatically starting some chat services without asking by the customers and it is very common with other mobile operators too.

When you received sms about upgrading chat service, you will know they started this

When you tried to unsubscribe this by sending sms, you got reply the code is not correct. and when you call to CC, they listen with there deaf ears. Yes, I noticed some time when CC agent are girl (F Power), they disconnect your non sense activation. so you are lucky, if your call received by "F"

All the best and enjoy the dirt cheap services by reliance. They have "थूक चाटने की आदत" to hum kaya kare.
