Email To Reliance Customer Care Bounces Back

Recommended Posts

I just tried to send an email to customercare@relianceada.com, but the message doesn't seem to be delivered. This is the failure message I received.

Your message

Subject: XXXXXXXXXXXXX

was not delivered to:

Talisma.Custcare@relianceada.com

because:

Error delivering to Talisma Custcare/Services/INFOCOMM/RIL; Router: Database disk quota exceeded

Final-Recipient: rfc822;Talisma.Custcare@relianceada.com

Action: failed

Status: 5.0.0

Diagnostic-Code: X-Notes; Error delivering to Talisma Custcare/Service

s/INFOCOMM/RIL; Router: Database disk quota exceeded

Have they changed their cc email id?

Talisma is the CRM software that they use. It seems to be a forwarding address, so the actual address (customercare@) may have got the email. There must a lot of complaints and the disk quota exceeded :ko2:

There is no such common quota, it will vary on what the organisation's IT department decides.

It was indeed bouncing back and was not getting delivered that day. I received reply when I send another one yesterday.

Looks like they shutdown their email servers at night. :D
