Need Help to Release Blackberry RSN

Recommended Posts

I need help in releasing the RSN from my Blackberry. I was using a Blackberry 9650, due to some problem i had to send it to service centre, Before sending i took sim card from web world for my number. Now i received my Blackberry handset, when i went to web world to activate my number on blackberry again, they said that the RSN has not been released from the blackberry, so it will take time of 7-10 days.

Is there any other way to release the RSN in a day or two? please help me.

I have spoken to people in the web world, they said it will take 7-10 days.

Can that be done earlier?

I also have a Blackberry 9330 and want to release the RSN from my handset to get a new Reliance CDMA number on it.

I have a Blackberry 9330. I was using a company provided CDMA number on my phone and I left the company.

The number is disconnected from my handset but I can't get a new number from Reliance as the RSN is not released.

I spoke to the Webworld guys and they are asking for the documents of the Director of my previous company as the earlier number was registered in his name.

It is not possible to get the documents of the director.

MY PHONE WILL BE USELESS IN THAT CASE.

Please help me on how to release the RSN. I want to get a new connection on my Blackberry.

PLEASE HELP...... :help:

Sir, Please check the RSN status of your blackberry by sending an sms GETSTAT (RSN) to 53733 from any reliance number.

If the status says damaged. I think its impossible to release the RSN.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Direct port out to a GSM network without first transferring to RUIM gives this problem. There are remedies for all issues in spite of the limitations however cannot be suggested in open. PM me for the solution.

My bb pearl flip after handset change shows rsn failure on GETSTAT. I was confused so I checked both esn hex and dec.

How can I revive it now.
